When you first set your business up on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and so on, you may have been asked for the address – if you pressed ‘Skip’, or don’t remember setting your page up, then your location probably isn’t listed on your page.
Having your address on your business page is SO important, as it means potential customers can search for you based on your location, and you could lose potential customers if they don’t know where you are! Posts with a tagged location also result in 79% higher engagement than posts without a tagged location.
Don’t worry though, this can be fixed! All you need to do is head to the ‘About’ section of your Facebook page, or ‘Edit profile’ on Twitter and Instagram, enter your business address, then voila! Customers will be able to search for your business based on that location.
